I'm Bernard Adjei-Yeboah — a full-stack software engineer and AI solutions architect based in Sydney, Australia. By day, I build healthcare technology. After hours, I build everything else.
The Story
It started with a simple observation: the people I worked with were drowning in manual processes. NDIS providers spending 12+ hours a week on rostering. Churches tracking finances in spreadsheets. Healthcare teams hand-writing incident reports. The same story everywhere — smart people doing dumb work because the right software didn't exist.
So I started building. Not as a side project or a hobby — as a mission. Every evening after work, every weekend morning, I'd sit down and turn someone's pain point into a working prototype. With AI as my force multiplier, I could build in 48 hours what used to take a team weeks.
That prototype would become a demo. The demo would spark a conversation. The conversation would reveal whether this was a product worth building. Most of the time, it was.
Thirteen products later, I'm still building. I have 70+ more ideas in the pipeline. The only thing slowing me down is the number of hours in a day — and I'm working on that too.
